CONTEXT- Back in middle school, This guy was my close friend was, he a very introverted guy and struggled a lot mentally he even used to self-harm. There were cut marks all over his thigs and arms something most people in our friend circle knew about. He made an online girlfriend after we came to high school but we were already very distant because we shifted schools, but as i heard their relationship was toxic and she cheated on him multiple times. Recently, after years of silence, he contacted me again. Now she’s 17 and is about to marry a 27-year-old man, and he seems to be taking it very badly. The way he’s acting and speaking right now feels really disturbing.
i asked him to meet her irl just to learn that he alredy did it.
this is what he saw, her riding with another guy in the bike btw its not the guy she is getting married to
that guy and her also went on a drive and afterwards and he slept on her legs (btw she told all this to my friend i just cant imagine what he have gone through hearing all that)
This is what i said to him,

He is surely cutting himself all day and night i am pretty sure.just to let you know he have tried committing two times before back in middle school.
As a responsible friend what should i do?
