The "Nurse" at my cosmetic surgery where I get fillers has offered me the looksmaxxing opportunity of a lifetime:

HIFU treatment usually costs £450 for half of your face; she is offering to do it for me FOR £50!

We get on quite well and she thinks it will massively benefit me. It sounds like a great deal!

The only thing is im wondering if it is even a good looksmax for men? As chatgpt says it could make the face appear slimmer / less broad (masculine).

Since I have some hyoid fat and jaw fat, it could defo benefit me.

Thoughts?

HIFU = High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive, non-surgical procedure that uses sound waves to treat tissue, mainly for aesthetic skin lifting and tightening, or medical tumor destruction. It works by heating deep tissue layers (up to the SMAS level 4.5mm) to induce collagen production

@Orka @aids @Sick @Sayori @Yahya

I understand that HIFU can interfere with filler, so ill wait a couple weeks for my filler to set . she would be avoiding the chin anyway, but there is of course still some risk of interference. But if i wait too long she may not honor the deal. She seems to think HIFU and filler have no interference but I fear she may just have no idea what she is doing. BUT she did great filler on me , my chin now looks way better after a third ml

tbh it doesnt even cost them anything im guessing, since they just have to operate a machine on your face for like 15 minutes.

and i spent 500£ on filler there.

I think she is personally invested in seeing me ascend haha

but tbh idk lol

@Orka , you are the guru on filler. Is 2 weeks after getting filler enough time to wait before getting HIFU (though she'll avoid the chin, i hope).

I know I shoudl proably wait like 4 weeks but

a) im inpatient as fuck

b) i feel that if i wait too long she may not honour the deal anylonger lol

Inpatience will be my downfall

If she's offering to do it for 50, then tell her you'll take the deal and ask to book in 2-4 weeks (the later the better)

Keep the deal & book it for later, she will probably understand

She knows about the chin filler, so inform her about your concerns and wait 4, ideally 6 weeks

okay thanks for the advise. but DAMN it is torture waiting to get these various procedures done. I just want the results now, and HIFU takes 2+ months to start showing .

anyway

im also thinking of getting gonial anglre and jawline filler. i wonder if i should do that first, since otherwise ill have to wait 2+ months to do it (you are also meant to wait 4 weeks after hifu to get filler)

fml why ant looksmaxxing be simple

anyway, that is my grey rant over with , thank you for endulging me

Very, shit takes a lot of time to get done professionally

Now imagine waiting 2 years for jaw surgery planning

im avoiding even *thinking* about serious hardmaxxes, mostly for this reaosn. it is absolute torture. cause we all get this idea like "i cant even approach this girl until ive finished looksmaxxing ".

If i happen to have 20k spare in a few years ill delve into that route.

for now, im just going to squeeze what i can out of fillers, test and diy dermetology.

this is brutal. more research has uncovered that HIFU would bascially cancel out filler (melt the fuck out of it). You are suppose to do HIFU first really.

But i was only offered after. RIP.

Perhaps I will wait 4 weeks, and then get the hyoid and jaw done, but get her to avoid the chin. this may melt 10% of my filler just from being nearby, but idk

lol
