I'm Brazilian, and as you know, there aren't any Japanese people here, but many years ago, there was a pastry shop where I lived, and it was a Chinese pastry shop. I was a child at the time, and what I remember is that they were extremely rude. The Chinese boss would yell at the employees like crazy, just things like: "nhinhonhinhanhinho." I didn't understand a damn thing, but I know they were arguing. I don't know if Chinese people are normally this angry and rude.

If the owner doesn't yell at his employees, they'll likely not do their job properly.
It's got nothing to do with being chinese and everything to do with being a business owner.
