Thats because I have Class 2 Div 2 malocclusion. Most patients' chin overcompensates for that lack of mandible growth relative to maxilla. It hides the problem in front, but you can clearly see it by lip alignment in side. Its a sign that my facial balance is utterly fucked. Even if I get surgery, I'll look like those ogres you see with overdeveloped chins
