My open heart surgery 4 years ago still haunts me with chest aesthetics/limitations at the gym

So arpund 4 years ago when i was around 9-10 i got an open heart surgery because of a piece of skin in me was growing and could obstruct one of my veins when i was older. So i got a teally big scar in between my chest where the sternum is positioned, but somehow one of my pecs got deformed because while one looks decent and full the other looks mauled and like it tore up 1000 fucking times like im not very attractive as a person, so i tried building muscles to look better to the general public and to be stronger in general, but now I look like a deformed gymcel

They've had cases like that on "botched". They did a scar removal and a custom peck implant. So it's finely fixable.
