My opinion on LM and BP

Imo knowing even basic knowledge all the way to high iq knowledge on the topics of like hardmaxxing,supplements,hyper etc. is goated.Due to the reason that people in this generation are mostly not educated on basic knowledge and are far more interestered in the "trends" like brainrot,social media and just nonsense.Of course you arent going to talk with the alt girl on the first date about how u need sliding genioplasty or how reccesed ur infras are but it will probably come in handy later or maybe even now bcs most people dont know how to normaly glow up or health indicators.
