If you don’t you will most definitely go er within the next 10-15 years(even if u do fulfill whatever u trying to do) or if u don’t you will have all types of schizophrenia, and other shit like that, or and will end up in a nursing home very early due to dementia/losing ur mind damn near completely, and keep in mind people who are 70-80 years old had stable lives at 16-30, they wasn’t battling the dumb shit a lot of men are now, I work in a nursing home to. So do research on supplements/herbs to help your brain cells, and other shit, to prevent.
