and then he just rambles about how braces cant fix that

he gives appointments once every 2-3 months i genuienly dont think thats normal

most orthos give adjustments like once a month....


at this point i couldve done my braces myself , my case was really minor all i really needed was a little bit of expansion

i cant afford the 4k+ for an actual good orthodontist though, and it wouldNT be worth it for me because my teeth arent THAT bad

its just that i have a really narrow palate , my tongue doesnt even fit in my palate its scalloped

so im thinking i can just make a device that will constantly apply pressure to the roof of my mouth , it mimics constant thumb pulling/mewing

problem is idk how to approach that i might just look for orthdontic wires on amazon and mold a diy alf device
