My ortho is retarded what should I do

This nigga told me I am going to have to get 4 extractions including wisdom teeth removal with genuinely no proof. I already have a recessed maxilla and long midface so no way I’m letting these niggas do it. What’s your guys advice should I actually worry abt wisdom teeth or are my orthos just jews
