I asked my ortho for a forsus spring cause of my deep bite and he says that moves ur jaw in a unnatural postition and its not natural and not gods work and us religous people shouldnt change what god gave us and let god do the work, so hes gonna ony use damon braces to fix it. Im not in any contract for the braces how can I tell him I want a refund or switch orthos that dont cuck me with a camoflauge. im 2 months in braces no contract. What should I do?

What a fucking idiot, god didn't give you a deep bite, your soft foods and shitty tongue posture did. I don't know if you can even get a refund unless he gave you an actual medical problem. Just tell him that your goals for treatment do not align with his, and you want a refund, since you promised different results in the beginning. Prob won't work, but it's worth a shot, then switch orthos.
