i used to double turn so much it just hurts a little but i feel like the pain difference isnt that big. you should maybe try turning once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

i dont think the amount of turns per day would even affect quality of split, he wanted to go extra slow cuz of asymmetries

i think after split protocol matters more
