I had just come back from the gym and wanted to eat my meal. For context I’m 183 cm, not too short neither am I the tallest but it’s alright. I decided to sit with my mom to catch up with her because we don’t talk that much. She asked me what I had trained today and we were genuinely having a nice conversation. Then she asked me if I do any exercises which make you grow taller, ofc utter cope which I tried to tell her, she insisted it’s real and that I should look them up and kept telling me I need them. My fucking plates have been sealed shut since I turned 14 I ain’t growing anymore. Only thing this family has brought me is more and more insecurities. I don’t know if she told me because my younger brother is taller than me but it’s genuinely over.
