My palate is wider on the left side

So my tongue is naturally sitting to the left on the roof and my jaw is way wider and looks better on that side because of that. How could I fix this?

Try pushing with your tongue on the right side, or get Upper jaw expander , and make sure the doctor align it correctly, so it expands your right side

I have got an expander from my doctor but it doesn’t help anymore all it did was expend my palate little bit, should I buy one that you can expand?

Yes you should , and probably set it up to push your right side

Set it up to expand your right side , and make the left side as it is , don't expand it.
