My palate/mse ✅ or ❌

I’ve thought about getting mse before but was never sure if I should or not. My palate doesn’t seem super narrow but when I hard mew there are teeth marks around the edges of my tongue because it gets in the way, but it might be because I just have a big tongue. Just wanted a second opinion if mse would be a good or bad thing.
