I inject in quad because it's what I'm use to. It's a very nervous area so pip is brutal. My most recent shot was the worst in a while. I've been walking with a severe limp for 3 days and my parents keep asking questions. I keep on saying it's just from the gym but they persist with the questions due to how severe the limp is. I have no choice but to ldar all day due to how much it hurts. I have to join @halloweed and do back shots. Legit a cripple .

It should hurt at first cuz it's a virgin muscle. Every week gets less painful for me but this one must have been botched.
