I think they can only suspect it. as far as i know they whloud see a lack of LH and FSH. test whloudnt match LH/FSH, Liver enzyme elevations, very high hematocrit/hemoglobin. Basicly id do either two things: first option whloud be risk it all and go anways. second whloud be to pretend sick then tell them id go another time, and then get better. with this tho you run the chances of actually beeing sick sick

if he stays on top of his health and keeps up with his ancillaries I think his liver enzymes, hematocrit, and hemoglobin should be good, tren and most AAS upregulate IGF-1 so I think he would be good, only obvious thing I think would be LH and FSH
