that'll only increase his cortisol and estrogen levels.

the only reason why fasting is touted as "good" is because it starves gut bacteria, IIRC.

and his gut is likely the issue since that's where most serotonin is produced.

it massively reduces inflammation acutely

it also eliminates any possible dietary or GI/gut permeability issues

it is a useful diagnostic tool as such
