I have two sisters, one older and one younger. My older sister cried and begged but my parents forced her not to apply. They said she can only go uni after marriage - at which point after marriage to a FOB at 19 years old she decides motherhood was better and more valuable than a stupid degree. My younger sister forced her way. Nothing my parents could do. The only thing they managed was she stays home and only travels to uni.
Almost 15 years later. Guess which sister is happily married, with three kids and content with life? And which one is single in her 30s, has a high flying career but depressed and coping with insta followers and simps, and lonely despite rejecting 100s of guys?
It's her own doing. Neither my mother nor I have any sympathy or empathy for my sister. My mother straight up says she's worthless and expired in her 30s.
