My Parents have (somewhat) discovered the Black pill

So my mum was talking to me this morning about how there was a study where teachers where asked to check a box about 20 years ago or so refering to whteher their student was ugly, good looking or some other options

They then followed the people through life and realised that the overwhelming majority of good looking children led more propsperous lives with better jobs etc.

My mum then told me how we should try to stop our unconcious bias or wtv from making these decisions and i tried to tell her that it is ingrained into human nature and nothing can ever change this but she wouldn't listen.

What made it even more brutal was as she was telling me about this and reading it out the author was making jokes about the ugly sub5's at the same time.

Tell her about Korea, how the blackpill [call it something else like looks-based discrimination] is very apparent, everyone is extremely aware it exists. Tell her how if you tell people here about it they'd argue you on it, but if you told people in korea it'd be like telling them the sky is blue.
Then tell her how the apparentness makes it worse, people HATE ugly people MORE because the blackpill is so apparent.

Tell her how when someone mistreats an ugly person in the US, people will chalk it up to something else like the person being an asshole or the victim being "creepy", but in korea everyone knows.And because of that it's exaggerated. Everything is looks-based, even jobs require you to send a selfie.

Make the point that ther eis no way to realise looks-based discrimiantion aka the blackpill and then fight "our unconcious bias" because it would exaggerate it.

Nah when Woman discover muh blackpill they think it affects women more than men. They look arouind at the makeup industry, fashion, plastic surgery and realise that looks-based industry is much larger for women than for men, and they delude themselves into thinking that looks effect men more than women, and that society sets way more unrealistic standards on women than men. It's laughable to us but that's the natural line of thought for a female. So she is probably on some TERF site

They don't realise that the exaggeration upon female-based-looks-based industry proves women care more about looks than men, not that society places a stronger emphasis on good looks on women.

Idk how they do it, they get brutally mistreated when they're ugly by OTHER women, then those same women want to be their friends when they discover makeup, and boys start asking them out. AND THEY LOOK TOWARDS THE BOYS WHO DID NOT EVEN BULLY THEM and blame it on them

I tried to tell her this in a way.
I said humans inately have a prefernece to be around attractive better looking people thats why they get more jobs and thats why jobs will never stop hiring these people.

She responded with some bs abt the slave trade, saying that black people wherent given jobs after they where freed.

No shit they wheren't they where still viewed as subhuman by the jews so obviously they wherent given any jobs.
