Usually cheaper computers are really slow man. If you don't play steam games though I guess you don't really need speed. I can't survive with anything less than an i7 personally.

I only use is for YouTube and browing Chrome tho ( scamming) so I really do Not need that since im not a Gamer
A Windows XP Laptop would probably also Work for me
