Well, when your growth plates are fully closed, then you could consider it, don't take HGH now

I don't think it's a good idea, E2 is needed for good bone mineralisation and if too much ai taken it can crash E2 production permanently. maximising your hormones naturally (eating a fuck ton of clean food, sleeping 10-12h + supplementing vitamins and minerals [D3+K2, magnesium+zinc, best]) is way better than hopping on an ai
