Hello guys, today i want to start a new threat that i hope will last long.Here i will write what i ate in a day and what i do.I think it would be cool because you can see how good diet and some others things(which you can suggest me) will change your look,your health and your mind.You can see how i look in my previous threads,and in the next month i will send you my new photo.
I want to do this because i love to cheat on my diet and on my discipline, and if i will do this again i’m gonna write it here, so you guys can see it and bully me about it,i hope that this will prevent me from doing so.

today i ate about 30 grams of dark 85% chocolate without sugar in the morning, 2 bananas and 200 grams of basturma.And around 13:00 i ate 5 boiled eggs with 150 grams of texas steak with some butter and some pineapple .I cant train for one month due to eye surgery, but i will do a little stretching close to evening

Yesterday i ate 400 grams of chicken breast, with 2 slices of pineapple and some sauerkraut.Today i will fast till 6pm and i will eat another 400 grams of chicken breast with pineapple and sauerkraut, but i will and some sauce which include greek yogurt and mustard with lime

Okay guys so today i made myself some type of chicken salad(500 grams of chicken, 1 bell pepper,half an onion,100 grams of pineapple and homemade sauce(180 grams of ajika,100 grams of cottage cheese,some lime juice).And i think thats it for today.2 weeks pass out from my eye surgery so i hope i will be okay after 100 push ups,100 sit ups,some bicep curls and some neck exercises.See ya tomorrow

Okay guys bully me, today i took a day off i think, ate some leftovers and order myself chicken shawarma with double meat and salsa sause,and i have 70 grams of almonds covered in caramel and cinnamon.Candies was a present from my gf( i have a bd recently),and i ate thes cuz i need to respect food and presents and i cant just throw them away.I hope i will catch up tomorrow

Sry guys i forgot to make an update yesterday.So i ate 900 grams of chicken breast, half an avocado and 100 grams of cottage cheese,and i make some sauce which contains cottage cheese,ajika, onions ,sauerkraut and some lime juice.Past 2-3 days i feel very good, my brain fog is gone, i feel my mind is clear as never, and i have energy for everyday tasks for ease.What did i do and not do:
1.I stop eating/cooking on any type of oils,only butter
2.I stop wearing my wireless headphones
3.I stop putting parfume on my skin
4.I stop eating processed shit,and if i cheat on my diet like 2 days ago i try to do it as good as i can(shawarma with double meat and low calorie(i hope)) sauce)
5.I stop eating artificial sugar completely.The only exception is ajika,which contains sugar but it is very low calorie(70 calories per 100 grams),so i suppose there is not much of it,BUT i still will change ajika for better sauce(sour cream,greek yogurt,garlic,parsley and some type of pepper to make it spicy).So my diet will have 0 added sugars.Only some honey and fruits
6.I put all of my screens on night mode to elliminate blue light exposure as i can(blue light glasses are on their way)
7.I try to doom-scroll and watch internet content as little as possible,ofc i still addicted to it but I lower my screen time every day
8.I stop eating carbs.This is a very heated topic,and i think human’s only need carbs if they train very hard.I train bjj/grappling/judo 2-3 times a week.But right now i cant cuz of a surgery, so i stop eating them
Next steps in my ascension will include lowering the screen time as much as possible, spend more time studying(i study law and this is my third semester and i study NOTHING), and come back to training.I will make an update in the evening,gl guys

sorry for late update.Yesterday i ate 500 grams of beef mince with sauerkraut and sauce i mentioned earlier and 2 plain greek yougurt.Today i ate 10 big boiled eggs with little bit of ajika and for the dinner i had some stuffed peppers with sauerkraut and 130 grams of light cheese.Here the photo(500 grams of beef mince, 1 onions 3 peppers and some cheese)

Hello guys. Idk why but org banned me and then unbanned, so heres update.Right now i weight 79kg.By body becomes more and more ripped and stronger, almost all of my acne is gone except for the face post acne and acne on the back of the shoulder.I feel beter than ever, and tbh i feel the happiest i have ever feeled, so stay tuned

Hello again, huge news.I broke up with my girlfriend of 1 and a half years.I feel like total shit, i started smoking, eating junk and sleeping maybe 6 hours a day, but still going to the gym.TBH i want to kill myself, the only thing that stopping me is my family and my younger siblings.So heres the interesting part…
 
I WILL STARS BLASTING PEPTIDES.Yes, they are very hard to find in my country so if you can help me do it pls(i live in BLR).Interesting part 2 - i will work as a coffin bearer.I think this is very sick way to get some money for the peptides
