what did you do? secure boot? u can try to removev ur gpu and run it on integrated graphics. same thing happened when i was going to turn on secure boot so i could download the faceit anticheat

It told me to run it in safe mode remove the gpt drivers and reinstall them to fix my hmdi issue

I ain’t high iq I just wanted to play some Mincraft and watch some YouTube

But my fkn oprea crashed so I just held the power button and when I booted that shit up it started to crash out

the fix for me was taking out the gpu and connecting a VGA cable to my monitor and igpu, you HAVE to remove the gpu, my pc wouldnt show video for 2 days and i was going crazy until i thought about doing this.
