My pectoral asymmetry is crazy

Just took a picture and one side of my chest was small while the other was normal

I have been but results have been nonexistent

I had a heart surgery and other than giving the open chest look i think it might've even gave me the asymmetry, [since its on the sternum but more on the side of the smaller part

Idk, i think may be also correlated to peccato insertion
