I played around with everything like I did 5mg noticed nothing did 10mg noticed everything, and then went to 15mg (for LGD) and for yk only 6-9mg, ofc on days off I lowerd the dosage or used only lgd and mostly utilized YK11 on training days, the strength gains came very fast as expect the whole thing lasted for about 6weeks maybe 8 not sure.
The first sarm all I did was LGD and I was looking pumped feeling good everythings was great a lil watery though, my balls were fine
Then, when I did LGD and YK as soon as I used yk my balls lost some size and was noticeble and thought, I'm committed now let's fcking continue and so I did, and still recovered lol.
I went from a stuck 75kg bench to 80kg for 3 reps, I ate the same and gained weight while I lost fat, although while natty and lean I'm most of the time flat besides the gym, while on LGD and YK I was always semi pumped and grainy
YK+LGD 2023 PEAK last weeks of the cycle
For "PCT" I iced my balls 1-2x a week, I took D3 and DHEA(50mgdaily) and OMEGAS +edged myself to pseudo-stimulate my system (that last part was not researched but said fck it why not lol)
A few months after that "cycle" I run rad only because I ordered 250mg to try out, and used 10mg every day(or sometimes 40mg per week to be able to extend the cycle LMAO) because the half life is around 4days I used 20 every other day or 10 daily when I got to the last days on the cycle I played around with the freq
Then few months after rad only.
I tried test E 250mg per week and I was looking better on rad than on test, I used nolva and clomid bare minimum like 3 days nolva and clomid then the other 2 weeks nolva only and maybe some clomid 1-2times a week
still recovered.
What I did for test:
I backfilled insulin syringe and accidentally I put the whole amp(1ml) in and when I realised the mistake I did I said fck it just pin all of it (in the lateral shoulder) and just remember not to do the same mistake again, and from that accident I learned that my metabolism of test E was about 6-7days and peaked around day 4-5
then I just pinned in a lot of places frequently like rear delt side delt, somewhere between them I found a good spot that gave sight enchancement
also 0.10ml tricep and of the outer quadrents of the glute 0.5ml
TEST E 4th week look 2025 (also last week)
first LGD cycle
first month PEAK last week of the cycle
after few months RAD ONLY peak 2025 before easter
late 2025 250test 2-3weeks in
2-3months after "stopping gym" and after PCT, while fasted and a bit flat in the morning
