I played around with everything like I did 5mg noticed nothing did 10mg noticed everything, and then went to 15mg (for LGD) and for yk only 6-9mg, ofc on days off I lowerd the dosage or used only lgd and mostly utilized YK11 on training days, the strength gains came very fast as expect the whole thing lasted for about 6weeks maybe 8 not sure.

The first sarm all I did was LGD and I was looking pumped feeling good everythings was great a lil watery though, my balls were fine

Then, when I did LGD and YK as soon as I used yk my balls lost some size and was noticeble and thought, I'm committed now let's fcking continue and so I did, and still recovered lol.
I went from a stuck 75kg bench to 80kg for 3 reps, I ate the same and gained weight while I lost fat, although while natty and lean I'm most of the time flat besides the gym, while on LGD and YK I was always semi pumped and grainy

YK+LGD 2023 PEAK last weeks of the cycle



For "PCT" I iced my balls 1-2x a week, I took D3 and DHEA(50mgdaily) and OMEGAS +edged myself to pseudo-stimulate my system (that last part was not researched but said fck it why not lol)

A few months after that "cycle" I run rad only because I ordered 250mg to try out, and used 10mg every day(or sometimes 40mg per week to be able to extend the cycle LMAO) because the half life is around 4days I used 20 every other day or 10 daily when I got to the last days on the cycle I played around with the freq

Then few months after rad only.
I tried test E 250mg per week and I was looking better on rad than on test, I used nolva and clomid bare minimum like 3 days nolva and clomid then the other 2 weeks nolva only and maybe some clomid 1-2times a week
still recovered.
What I did for test:
I backfilled insulin syringe and accidentally I put the whole amp(1ml) in and when I realised the mistake I did I said fck it just pin all of it (in the lateral shoulder) and just remember not to do the same mistake again, and from that accident I learned that my metabolism of test E was about 6-7days and peaked around day 4-5
then I just pinned in a lot of places frequently like rear delt side delt, somewhere between them I found a good spot that gave sight enchancement
also 0.10ml tricep and of the outer quadrents of the glute 0.5ml

TEST E 4th week look 2025 (also last week)


first LGD cycle
first month PEAK last week of the cycle

yes, still loking about the same but a lot leaner, and flater, the pumps are crazy(whenever I work out) I don't go to the gym, but I do some forearm work and bench once in a while

I stopped going to the gym, I did some calisthenics, achieved an 8sec planch in 3weeks (even though I tried to learn in years ago and just didn't have the strength I guess)
then I just benched once a month or did some pump workout of the forearms and that was it
The main reason is because, I don't have the money to just buy the food and put on size, and I can rebound close to my peak or to a new peak in about a month, so I have no problem just waiting till I find a stable source of income and then just spending 2 months doing everything right to achieve a new peak
 
Thank you for the detailed logs. I have been reading some of your older posts and your experience with sarms is interesting to say the least. It also shows that pct might not be required ; even on Rad or LGD. Despite their suppressive action, you kept the dosages low and a moderate cycle length. Now, the fact that you coupled LGD and YK11 without pct and recovered fine is more intriguing.

Very good physique overall but you might have benefited from that Test cycle if you ate more. I read what you say about food prices and stable income but when running AAS caloric surplus is very important. The nutrition partitioning and enhanced nitrogen synthesis make up for everything.

thank you dude, also I tried to eat more on yk11 and lgd but it always came out to 2500-2800 at least on training days (which was like 5days a week) and on days I didn't train and or had school I just eat all day, still the yk11 prop raised my BMR because of the strong adrogenic sygnal, at least that was what I assume since people with S23 has a similar expirience, also when I did the test cycle my main goal was to understand how I respond so I can plan a better cycle later, but then shit happened and couldn't continue past 4weeks I almost went to fully commit, now I'll just wait till I get a job and just do what I can

Well in any case you got very lean and with visible abs and no lower belly fat, something which I struggle a lot with. I guess it really comes down to genetics ; I could eat the whole fridge and the house when you find it hard to eat more calories. I can get lean and I am to some extent but my stomach fat is a curse, even in recomp.

S23 shows some promise, I think it's a strong contender to AAS and YK11 is also interesting. You might want to give another shot at that LGD/YK11 cycle and focus on gaining mass this time, just my opinion.

I guess it really comes down to genetics ; I could eat the whole fridge and the house when you find it hard to eat more calories. Also keep in mind if you get fat like if you were a fat kid in the past you are going to have fat cells, in general when you get fat to a new point your body is going to create new fat cells, even if you lose the wieght the cell number will stay the same, in my opinion it is worth doing aqualix even on the stubborn belly fat to destroy the fat cells that reducing the size and the need for fat to be stored and maybe if you do a lot of session it might make your body need less kcal, idk how much you have dabled but, anavar for the visseral fat, keto for 2-3 weeks, cardio and just a little nicotine, could make you look competition ready, I've heard all that from leo and longevity

Thank you for the advice, although I can't say that I'm a fan of Leo and Longevity's ideas (rip). Cardio is already on point, I'm not desperate enough to introduce nicotine but I could try keto in the future. Aqualix sounds too good to be true but I might look into that as well.
