I’ve recently been thinking about asking Erda so I’ve been doing my own research and this was some stuff I found.

“The safety profile of erdafitinib is acceptable in this setting. Deaths due to an adverse event occurred in 1.1% of patients while permanent treatment discontinuation occurred in 12.7%. “
“Grade 3-4 adverse events occurred in 59% of patients and the most common (> 15%) all grade adverse events were hyperphosphatemia, stomatitis, dry mouth, decreased appetite, dry skin, alopecia, palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome, dry eye, onycholysis, paronychia, nail dystrophy, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, fatigue, urinary tract infection, dysgeusia, musculoskeletal pain, weight decreased, and anemia. Ocular toxicity, hyperphosphatemia, and embryo-fetal toxicity are labeled as warnings and precautions for erdafitinib”

“Dry eye symptoms are frequent during treatment with erdafitinib. All patients should receive prophylaxis with ocular demulcents as needed”
My key takeaways were that you should use eye drops(artificial tears) and just stick to low phosphate for major sides. Besides that if your eyes get blurry you should stop temporarily and there are many other more minor sides you can see listed above that you can take stuff for. These are just my findings and not everything I found so do your own research too.
