My personal teeth routine

First things first; this is NOT an alternative to h202, this is simply what you should be doing as a routine. Hydrogen peroxide is the finisher

Teeth whitening strips; I’ve seen loads of dentists on TikTok put this down and say it doesn’t work however this is not true, whitening strips with hydrogen peroxide inside them work wonders and you only have to do them for around 2 weeks before they stop having an effect (by this time your teeth will have taken a lighter shade) just make sure to not overuse

Coconut oil pulling; this is the main factor in the entire guide, you start off by pulling 5x a week for 2 weeks, after that you minimize to either 2-3x a week. If you don’t have plaque or bacteria it won’t have the same effect as it usually would have but it still helps, make sure to never swallow and rinse right after, 10 minutes per day of pulling and you should be good

Specific toothpaste: this isnt cope but it’s not the holy grail. 3x per day of teeth whitening toothpaste can work very well with consistency. Don’t overbrush (6 or more a day) as it damages your gums, make sure to research about the brand your getting it from and what they’re putting inside it, a lot of those brands are fake and do not actually serve any purpose


Reminder: this isn’t an alternative to h202, I highly recommend you read pneumocytosis’ thread about teeth whitening, it works wonders, this guide is just for everyday.

Different peroxides, but some of them lie about it, I get mine from a close family member who works in the industry so they give me the ones that work

Whitening toothpaste doesn’t work except by mechanical cleaning action (harsh abrasives) which damages enamel. Focus on using toothpaste to restore/protect enamel by using one that contains nano hydroxyapatite or fluoroapatite.

If there were enough concentration of peroxide in it to do the job it would cause terrible gum inflammation.

Custom fitted whitening trays are the gold standard for teeth whitening because they incorporate seals allowing for maximum concentration and coverage of peroxide without allowing it to contact the gums. Unlike strips where this is dependent on your accuracy of placement.
