Above average, pfl doesn't mean anything without a low pfh though (PFH is the reason why even among PSL gods some manage to have top-tier eye area without having a long pfl).

depends on your PFL to PFH ratio
divide your pfl by your pfh and if its 3-3.5 you have a decent palpebral fissure (exposed eye area)
