I think I was fortunate to be born without them for the most part, at least the harmful ones. When I was 13 I had $15,000 worth of psychological evaluation. I read through the files recently (I’m 20 now) and it talked about how I had basically no empathy. The only emotion I had was anger and it was significantly more than the average person. I also found an autism diagnosis and an IQ test where I scored 120 (I think it’s a lot higher now).

Maybe I’m a different case because I found my purpose before discovering philosophy. Initially I found philosophy to be very interesting, until I realized it’s people spending their whole life thinking about the meaning of life. I know that’s not what philosophy is as a whole, and I do find certain aspects of it very fascinating, I just think majority of it is water knowledge or contradictory. Not religious in the traditional sense, I do think there’s a great being or architect tho that created ‘everything’.
My real purpose is knowing and giving I think. I’m obsessed with knowing things and sharing what I have/know with the people close to me. I’m doing amazing in life currently but I’ve been planning on moving out of my country to romania or kossovo to live more peacefully and build a brand, it’s been in the works for a year or 2 but anytime I get close to it becoming reality I get a slap back purely by ego.

In terms of religion, I am the same way. I noticed a pattern in people with high intelligence that are interested in philosophy and it usually goes: Christian -> atheist -> agnostic -> there is a god but I don’t know what he wants.

As for my current status, I am 20 with my own company that’s doing really well. I have money but it’s not all that I want. I want to be known for something more than being rich. I dropped out of college but I’m contemplating going back under rare circumstances.

My goals are highly ambitious. My only goal in life is to be on Forbes 30 under 30 in the healthcare subcategory. To do this I plan on getting a full ride scholarship to UCI, then conducting my own independent research on developing pharmaceuticals, getting grants from the school to conduct this research, getting academic credit for it, and finally filing patents on my discoveries. Forbes doesn’t care about your money they want to find young people with major potential.

I have 4 different ideas for independent research, but my specialties include: pharmacology, neuroscience, endocrinology, and potentially dabbling in the cosmetic surgery field. My plan is to innovate these parts of biology. Become known for groundbreaking discoveries and innovations.

Once I accomplish my goals of being on Forbes 30 under 30, I am going to start a pharmaceutical company and build an empire.

This is just a little snapshot of what I have in mind for my future. My ambition has no end, and I trust in my abilities to achieve. My network is already huge, I have capitol, and most importantly I have time.

I've been reading a few of your replies and I'd like to put my own input into this. I've had a roommate whose been agnostic since he was a teenager and he kept debating me forcibly on many topics which led to me coming to the conclusion "there's some creator out there", but I still hold steadfast to Christianity because 1. I believe tradition, just like everything else, isn't inherently bad, but people can easily use it for corrupt reasons and 2. nothing else makes any sense to me, but enough of that, I'm 17 years old, about to go to college but I'm fighting a felony case. Should I try to become a surgeon even if I end up with the felony? It would be 10x harder, but I like to acquire knowledge, I'm confident that I can always stay within the top 10% of my class, and the area I live in is pretty uncompetitive, give me advice please what should I do if I get the felony? Should I just work blue collar and toil my way from the bottom up? or should I go to college anyways?
