Its not about cope, the thing is i fear that lip-lift might not ascend me much, because philtrum doesnt even look that long in mirror.

In selfies you have to consider that lens distortion makes my philtrum look longer.

I will let the doctor decide if lip-lift will make me more handsome.

Just keep in mind that with lip lift you can potentially get a very gummy smile so if thats already a problem for you it will become worse
