My philtrum is almost 20mm

My philtrum is almost 20mm and my chin is short, chin to philtrum is like 1:1.5, it's like if god just wanted to troll me and put my lips too down. If they were placed 6mm up, everything would be harmonius and go well together and be perfect. Is there a surgery to achieve something like this? Lip lift, genio, MLF3 are only options as far as i know

It's not unfixable, especially if thinner upper lip (unfortunately not me) you can easily gain 2-6mm of philtrum reduction with different methods

Ofcourse would need to cut off some LF1 area and need some kind of CCW rotation with it. Fuck i'm willing to bet it can be done atleast somewhat in someway

A long philtrum can be remedied by having a taller chin. It looks like a vertical genio is the play.

Lip lift isn't worthless at all, i get better ratios overall, and the whole gay aspect of it is just due to stupid planning/advancements. I need a stronger chin too, I'm getting a genio because my chin isn't projected enough, not getting too much vertical height bcs that fucks with gonial angle and fhwr.
