What do you do specifically? Should be hanging off your bed, and rotating 90 degrees for each set.

Basically this, but go from left side -> chest -> right side -> back.

yeah i do mostly without additional weight some sets i just use my hand for resistance

You've gotta add weights. Hand resistance is kind of flawed, your body will subconsciously lessen the force.
