When I was in a psychiatric hospital, there was this one guy who have been admitted by his father because he was heavily addicted to his phone and the internet.
After a while, he convinced his father to take him out of the hospital. His father did so, and not long after, the boy took his own life.

Get a job and do things that are fun and worthwhile irl and it will dissipate over time, can't be on your phone when you are busy
