It might be a bunch of 17k autistic selfies and random pictures but it tells a whole story of my life over months
Being utterly depressed and miserable to making progress to my mental state QoL I look back at February or October or something and remember how i used to have panic attacks miserable 24/7 having heart problems etc uncertainty non stop my depressing hair density absolute terrible skin and physique and the very very stark progress you can see over the span of months and the huge improvement in looks mental state etc by making marginal incremental changes over a period of time
I look and feel unbelievably better if you told me then I would be surprised
very motivating to see ngl
