But I did drink water before going to the gym) to 17.9% a couple hours after dinner on a day where I didn't train. But it was a cheap $60 CAD digital scale from 2016. It's probably not accurate.
I'm trying to get hard abs. But it seems like NTmaxxing and prettyboymaxxing goes very far with online dating in 2022.

I feel weird asking my friend to take pics of me at the bar patio and that kinda thing. That's why I have very few NT pics. I have like one selfie of me at a nightclub. I have no gym selfies because there's guys everywhere in the weight room and I don't want Chad/Chadjeet/Chang to make fun of me taking selfies there.

I ran a few photos on photofeeler with a neutral expression, no smile and shit, they were also selfies, and they got 10/10 with 50 votes or so from females < 29 as raters
