Here are some images of my physique. Ratings of my physique are welcome, and if anyone wants any advice or just want to discuss fitness in general, I’d be happy to do so.

I don't really like the idea of being bigger because I prefer to be leaner. I have been much heavier before and I had more muscle but after I lost weight I got more female attention. I get the point though.

You didn’t have more muscle, you just had more body fat and glycogen and water. It’s unlikely you lost actual, dry muscle unless you lost a lot of strength in the gym and had a really poor diet.

You don’t have to go back to being the same sloppy mess, so just bulk slowly and add quality mass. You can’t be too big as a natural anyways.

Besides that if you’re happy with your physique it looks decent, just maintain it and improve weak points over time.

He should just maintain why bulk?
Depends on his goals I guess

If he doesn’t want to gain muscle and just keep his physique the same he could maintain, which is perfectly fine

I appreciate your honesty and criticism. I did have more muscle though, as I was somewhat lean then as well (though I also had more bodyfat). I was much stronger then but still had visible abs, but just not as visible as they are now. I liked it tbh but I'd prefer to get girls my age as I'm on the younger side and girls my age prefer smaller guys I guess.

I agree in my personal opinion his physique is the ideal balance between being aesthetic/lean and also not too big that it would throw off athletic performance

I might gain a bit of weight to get some more muscle but probably not as much as I had before, as it was a little much.

Again, it’s up to you.

You don’t seem to weigh a lot and probably don’t look too big in clothes, and if you want that at some point you’ll need to bulk.

You are correct in the sense of girls not caring all that much. But being massive has its own appeal to certain women.

This comes off as cocky and acting like I was some huge muscular ripped guy before which isn't the case lol

Again, it’s not possible to get too big as a natural unless you pile on a bunch of fat

Agreed but after a certain point bulking and cutting phases start giving out diminishing returns but yeah in this case you are right

Maybe around three years of serious lifting but it has tapered off recently and has become more of a one or two time a week thing, if I go at all.

True. I just prefer how I look now, and my strength is decent enough for me to accept it. When I was bigger, the muscle gave me a more blocky appearance than it did now. I was decently lean but I think it was a mix of my shoulders not being wide enough for my waist that made it look not as good.

All the men in my family are pretty huge so that is probably why. My physique isn't crazy and it isn't that hard to maintain if you just eat properly and get somewhat lean, along with basic weight training.

I am on cycle right now but i have been bulking up for quite sometime not trying to dip over the 18-19% body fat mark but i used to be extremely skinny so that amount of muscle is quite a bit for me

It's an aesthetic physique alright, you don't need anything more for the female gaze success (which is already a given with the hickeys). So you trained for 3 years now and all natural I assume?

Yeah I'm natural. I doubt anyone would really question it cuz my physique isn't too crazy (but ig PEDs don't automatically mean huge). I've been training about three years and assume I have decent genetics for it because my dad is pretty huge. Hickeys are from my girlfriend

Do you know any ways to bulk up I’m rlly skinny and have a bad appetite
For bulking, though I haven't done it in a while, I used to be over 200lbs so I know a thing or two.

When it comes to bulking up, "dirty bulking" is complete bullshit. ESPECIALLY when it comes to your physical appearance, not just muscle gain. Dirty bulking can lead to WAY worse facial aesthetics and a more clean bulk can actually lead to more benefits even muscle wise due to being more healthy. So I'll give tips that are mainly healthy and not junk food slop.

There are multiple natural or healthy foods that are surprisingly high calorie. In fact, most natural foods are incredibly calorie and nutrient dense. For example, beef without being reduced in fat or being a lean cut can skyrocket in calories that won't make you look like shit. Another good example is nuts, as nuts have some decent nutrients and macros while having hundreds of calories in just a medium-sized handful.

Some good options and tips for bulking would probably be:

- Non-reduced fat meat (beef is one of the higher calorie meat options)
- Nuts (VERY high calorie and not very filling at all)
- Protein Powder (while not being super high calorie, due to them being mainly put in drinks, it can provide a high caloric punch for not being very filling)
- Avocados (very healthy food with high potassium that's also around 300 calories depending on the size of the fruit you actually get)
- Butter (incredibly high calorie for practically zero satiety/filling, just throw a little extra in the pan while cooking)
- Nut Butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc. They are very high calorie and can be an easy and good tasting spread on bread, which will also increase your calories for the day)
- Eat more throughout the day (eating more throughout the day allows your body to feel less full than if you loaded most of your calories into one meal, which makes it easier to gain weight. probably one of the most useful tips)
- Track your calories (tracking calories lets you know how much youre actually eating so if you dont have a big appetite, itll help you set goals that you can actually track and manage. if youre tracking and accidentally undereat for the day, you can then know that and throw in a little snack before bed or something to increase your calories or remind you to eat more later)
- Watch videos, tv, or movies while eating (being distracted while eating decreases your focus on the food and can help you overeat. it isnt a great thing to do while trying to lose weight but great for when you need to eat more)
- Add sauces to your meals (sauces, while usually not being extremely healthy, have a ton of extra calories in them. Grab a healthier sauce alternative or make a sauce yourself and itll make the meal feel the same in your stomach filling-wise but be more caloricly dense)

Hope any of this helps and good luck
