My physique after 11 days of training.

I posted this thread 11 days ago where I said I started training after 4 months of being inactive:

I’m taking creatine, anavar and low dose of test (250 mg) and dropped enclo beacuse well… it isn’t what I’m looking for, and I feel great.

TBH I think I will reach my goal physique in the next week JFL. Trained 6 times since I started training. I will probably cruise test after this cycle and drop the anavar, will use creatine my entire life probably and I will lower the dose of the aromasin aswell.

@copercel123 what can i do if im getting random pimples on my back and my face, not like acne but those painful ones I got 1 on my eyebrow 1 on my ear and 1 on me back yesterday

If it’s painful it’s probably acne. Dont pick or touch them and if you have an active cream, then put it on the pimples with a moisturizer.

Or get Taz.

Rub a little RU on it

I got tretinoin I apply it and it goes away in2d but still annoying

You can’t control it unless you’re with accutane.
Either accutane or nothing.
