16 turning 17 in end july
6,2 at 86 kg haven’t worked out in 1 month because of shoulder injury and vacation started working out in end of september, want to be leaner and have bigger shoulders they feel smaller at the moment.
What should i improve and what’s my rating aesthetically and facially

I sleep like around 4-4:30 hrs a day eat like what i want, been trying to eat healthier recently (more skyrs) and i’ve gone down to around 85kg was 93 kg in January and my training split is:
Shoulder/bizeps
Chest/triceps
Legs/shoulder
Bizeps/Back
Chest/triceps
But i only do legs and shoulder like once a month max
The only supps i take is creatine which i’ve been taken for like 3 months now on and off
 
Omfg... that's your problem smh. Get at least 7 hrs of sleep ngr good lord
 
That and high protein you'll be ballin. Eat calorically neutral but add cardio and you'll lean up while putting on muscle

I’ve been trying but i just can’t sleep like yesterday i took me from 1 am to 3am to fall asleep. And im always tired and always fall asleep in the day.
I feel like it can be a genetic problem, because my mom has a problem as well to fall asleep.
Do you have any tips i can use to fall asleep. (Suplements or other tactics)

mmm a few

1. Don't eat a couple hours before your trying to sleep.
2. Don't go on your phone 30 mins before trying to sleep.
3. Once you do get a good night of sleep don't give in and take a nap during the day

but for supps and shit I have no clue
