i first did a dirty bulk for 8 months which i dont recommend I really dont recommend.
Then i just cut down and stayed at low bf percentage.
I also did the push pull legs split during that time period.
For you i recommend lean bulking and doing 30 mins of cardio after every lift sesh

thanks for actually replying lmao, im already lean bulking and doing a lot of outdoor cardio and then doing arms/sholders one day and chest/abs the other cuz i already work legs at school
