Kettlebell Swings
Ring Chinups
Twisting Knee Raises
Neck Curls
Neck Harness Extensions

Everyday high volume
Eating mostly fruits
No steroids needed
 
Abs and obeliques are massively important to train.
 
Brutal wide hip genetics
 
Obelique training gives you a wider waist. It also makes you look powerful.

It would make sense that abs and obeliques training would fix that. And serratus
 
Because well developed abs would cover the ribs.
 
Ive been loving twisting knee raises. Kettlebell Swings also work the abs and obeliques.
 
If any you guys wanna get fit with only 2 EXERCISES... these are the exercises:

Kettlebell Swings with a Kettlebell which is 30% of your bodyweight.
Pushups

All you need, daily
 
Just spam them
