I’ve always thought I had a good physique, big, decent bidelt (maybe a bit bulky but physique was way Above average for my age)

I have good pics taken in the morning for context (normal lighting whatever)

Until someone took a vid of me in a t shirt (was like normal fitting) and my shoulders were uneven and I looked fat and slouched. Physique was basically the only thing I had going for me tbh or at least I thought, now I literally regret all the times I’ve wore a t shirt, will just perma wear hoodies,

Is it just my posture? How do I fix uneven shoulders

Doesn’t look like what I described here (as I’m posing) but I suffer from pretty bad body asymmetry. Uneven shoulders from mixed grip, and I think it’s also affected my neck or something because my head is tilted (when inverted) so idk what to do help would be nice.
