my pinky finger hurts when i game

so my right pinky finger got dislocated, it was fucking scary. looked like this but even worse

it then got fractured, had some medicine bandages, etc.


that was like 4 yrs ago
well now theres a very small hump on it, and when i game for like 3 hours my pinky starts hurting a lot since the way i hold my mouse all my fingers are clawed so probably why that happens.
