My plan for looksmaxxing in 2025 part 1

First thing I wanna focus on is Getting Lean down to 12 percent body fat

- Eat raw eggs or grass fed animal protein
- Track my calories everyday (build an habit of it)
- Go on 10-15k steps a day (if I dont feel like it, do at least 7k)
- Calisthenics 3x per week (with progressive overload)
- HIIT Cardio 2x week for 30-60 minutes

This is all I just need to focus on for right now, also I will be trying to framemaxx to my potential (right now I have a 22 inch bidelt) but I wanna focus on trying natural things before jumping into stuff.
