i kinda jut to fraud my bite getting Invisalign Aligners as soon as i find good orthodontist
PLAN:

-fixing overbite
-training neck
-swimming to help frame a little
-sleeping lot+eating good to grow more

Im almost 15

honestly not what you think not raw meat i was eating lot of meat+potates+drinking milk when i want to basically homemade foods and not junk food

i live by myself and im like 15 being on raw diet is expensive in 3rd world country and i have never eaten raw meat(typical central asian tbh)

work on brows with minox and derma roller, and maybe dye black (improves coloring drastically) and grow the hair out.
if you pair it with sleeping well and generally making sure the hormones do good you're doing everything that realistically changes anything.
