As of right now my bone growth protocol
500 test ( idk if it grows bones or not but will help in masculinization and will grow my masters )
125 mg tren ( mog compound I need androgens )
4 iu hgh
Igf tbd if I get money or not
Anavar 50 mg
Bone smash zygos 2x a week chin 2x and infras 4x and 4 x brow ridge since they recover faster
( don’t debate my against this I had a phase where I tried it and I noticed decent chin gains )
800 g carb for nutrition
will be doing this till January
Then from Feb - may I’ll be on my soft max journey
