im gonna do 70% meats rice clean stuff and then 30% would be fried chicken candy like fast food like unhealthy junk to gain weight a bit faster im gonna eat 2500 kal clean and 2000 kal dirty

Congrats worst meal plan I’ve ever heard.

Thought it was gonna be a cycle and its just a regular diet, and with “dirty” calories at that

Rather then eating clean or dirty, set calorie and macro goals and eat in a slight surplus so around 10% above your maintenance. You'll be able to maximize hypertrophy if you train properly and eat enough carbs pre workout. So about 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, keep fats under 100g (you can go really low if your on roids) and the rest should be carbs. Have minimum 75g of carbs 1-2 hours pre workout but ideally aim for 150g or more. For the rest of your calories and macros eat wtv you just keep it relatively high protein low fat. Use a multivitamin if your diet is really shit.
