Well, ive been in my skincare routine for a month, my forehead skin looks godly, but i still have some pimples and acne appearing on my cheeks, not as much as before, but they still exist. Im 99% sure that its because of my aids pillowcase, if i could sleep on my backs there wouldnt born more acne on my cheeks, but since i cant, i will buy a plastic pillowcase and spray alcohol on it everyday before i go to sleep.
