• Jaw frontal angle → into 86.5 to 92.5° (T3 → T2, +3.7)
• Neck:bigonial stays ~92 to 98% if neck matches (T4 → T3, +3.8)
• FWHR reads higher from the wider lower face (T3 → T2, +7.3, shared with chin)
• ANGU: mandible visibility, gonion sharpness, mandible/ramus visibility all +1 tier
• DIMO: gonion outward growth, ramus length +1 tier

• Risky at 21 if the NW progresses

6. Lip lift (cupid's bow up 1 to 2mm)

• Chinhiltrum up further toward 2.3 to 2.5
• Mouth:nose ratio unchanged (width, not height)
• MISC: philtrum length (T3 → T2), cupid's bow +1 tier
• Permanent scar under the nose
