Jaw / Chin Structure
Biggest change if lower third needs it after puberty is finished(very possible to reach it without but its an option if needed)
If bite/jaws are recessed: double jaw surgery, sometimes with counter-clockwise rotation, plus genioplasty.
Cost: $15k-$50k+ total for orthognathic pathway including surgery/orthodontics/hospital variables; Brisbane OMFS source lists surgeon fee alone around $8k-$16k, excluding orthodontics and some other fees. Custom cosmetic jaw implants can also run into $15k-$35k+ depending on surgeon/custom design.

For the fuller under-eye fat pad / supported eye area.
Cost: roughly $5k-$15k+ AUD, more if combined with custom cheek/infraorbital implants.
4. Chin Implant Or Sliding Genioplasty
If I does not need full jaw surgery, this may be the highest value lower-face procedure.

Not glamorous, but important if jaw surgery is considered.

6. Rhinoplasty
For this morph, I’d rank it lower because you specifically liked the version where the rhinoplasty was removed. My nose is not the main thing carrying the “PSL 9” look.
Visual impact: medium
Cost: Australian rhinoplasty commonly $10k-$25k+, with revision often higher.

If I need jaw surgery plus implants plus under-eye plus nose, it could easily land around $80k-$130k AUD. which by the time im 18 i plan to be on 80 to 100k a year so if im living as cheap as possible i could save enough im 2 years
If I dont rhinoplasty and didn’t need double jaw surgery, a more cosmetic-only version might be closer to $35k-$75k AUD. which is achievable after i save money from working my job now at 15 for the next 4 years then ill be able to afford mabey sooner.
Then by the time im 20 im chad and fullyy acended and I can live my life at its peak yay!

- Morning: cleanser, taning moisturizer, SPF 30+.
- Night: cleanser, moisturizer, and consider adapalene/retinoid slowly if acne/texture is an issue.
- For redness/acne marks, see a dermatologist.
- Build neck, traps, shoulders, upper chest, and lats. That makes the face/neck frame look stronger.
- Stay lean but not depleted. A slightly lower face-fat level can sharpen the jaw, but going too lean can hollow the eyes.
- Sleep, hydration, and lower alcohol/smoking matter for eye whites and skin.

- If skeletal issue exists: jaw surgery/genioplasty is the biggest lever.
- If bite is normal: consider custom jaw/chin implant or genioplasty instead.
- Add cheek/infraorbital implants only after lower third plan is clear.
- Do skin, hair, physique, and teeth whitening throughout, because those are cheaper and carry a surprising amount of the final look.
